ilGruppone
The challenge
ilGruppone was already selling on Shopify, but the way products were presented and organized didn't do justice to the brand or the direct channel. The range is wide and seasonal: more than a thousand products for the home, garden and outdoors, with many variants and a weight that shifts through the year. The goal was to strengthen the direct channel and support the company's online sales. That called for navigation that helps shoppers move between very different categories, clear product pages and promotion able to follow availability, seasons and the commercial priorities of the moment. Without that link, even a good campaign ends up pushing products people can't find or that are out of stock.
The solution
We started from the data: past sales, categories, demand and competitors guided the menu structure we designed together with the ilGruppone team. We then rebuilt the Shopify store across the homepage, collections, filters and product pages, taking care of the desktop and mobile journeys, variants, purchase information and images, from the photo shoot to post-production. The new site has been live since 16 October 2025, after shared checks and a test purchase. In the catalog we separated product categories from seasonal and promotional collections and tidied up the attributes used in the advertising feeds, so the same selections serve both navigation and campaigns. On Meta and Google we run catalog, remarketing and product-family campaigns, with Google Shopping and Performance Max tests. With Klaviyo we introduced welcome, abandoned cart and win-back flows, while manuals and training sessions on Shopify and Klaviyo support the team in the day-to-day management of products and communications.
The result
Today the store and the campaigns work from the same catalog: when the season, availability or priorities change, so do the product selections we promote. Between April and June 2026, Meta attributed 457 purchases to the campaigns, and the work continues through regular check-ins with the ilGruppone team, who bring their product knowledge and commercial decisions. This project confirmed something for us: with a catalog this large, the website and the campaigns work best when they start from the same product data.
