The challenge
The customer didn't want a simple e-commerce site, but a highly personalized experience, a living tribute to the career of motocross champion Antonio Cairoli. The site was supposed to retrace Cairoli's extraordinary career, with particular attention to the magnificent helmet produced on the occasion of his retirement. It needed to be a bilingual site, to reach a large international customer base. Finally, the site had to be functional, clean and well organized, to effectively manage orders.
The solution
Facing the challenge, we have adopted a series of innovative, user-centered solutions. The helmet has been highlighted with high-quality videos and photos, allowing users to appreciate the product in detail. The possibility of changing languages between Italian and English has been introduced, thus ensuring wider accessibility. The firm has worked in close collaboration with the client to satisfy every request or need. In addition, a page has been developed dedicated to the history and career of Antonio Cairoli, complete with a timeline of his titles.
The result
Thanks to our management, the e-commerce site was a success. The quality and detailed presentation of the commemorative helmet attracted a large customer base, while the ease of order management guaranteed a smooth shopping experience. The bilingual approach has extended its reach to international customers. Since its launch, the site has achieved excellent results in terms of sales, exceeding expectations.
