The challenge
Creating a 3D video of a mask with fabric elements can be a complex challenge for several reasons.
First, the mask in question has a non-rigid surface, which can be difficult to model realistically.
In addition, the nature of the fabric can cause deformation effects that are not always easily reproducible, especially when trying to represent the dynamics of the fabric in motion.
On the other hand, to make such a video in the real world, it is necessary to use special equipment such as a camera at high frames as well as paying close attention to various factors such as the reflective nature of the various lenses to avoid unwanted reflections, the presence of fingerprints or microscopic dust on the product and technical shooting times.
The solution
After analyzing textile materials and interchangeable lenses, studying the product in the real world, we digitally reported the physical characteristics of the materials, including their aesthetic and functional properties.
This, combined with the magic of 3D software, has allowed us to create scenarios and sequences that would have been almost impossible to reproduce in the real world, in a short time.
The result
A 3D video suitable for promoting the product in an innovative, spectacular and attractive way, created with low costs and production times.
